Oak Leaf Chest

This sliding top box features all north american woods with a hand-burned oak leaf motif on the top.  The neutral tones, combined with the striking patterns of the ambrosia maple top, give the chest an understated and elegant appearance.  It is a convenient size to store all manner of small objects, and is easily and is effortlessly opened and closed.

The sliding top is designed to seamlessly blend into the chest when closed, and is equipped with a small rare earth magnet to help align the top (along with the mitered sides) to provide a satisfying feeling when closing.

The box is finished with a non-toxic oil varnish and lightly waxed.
